A Conscious Ritual of Skin and Soul
The Hammam Guide is based on the Moroccan tradition and offers you to relax, re-establish contact and care about your body and mind. This guide is based on the classical habits of self-care, which makes the routine always a worthwhile time of thought, relaxation, and a natural radiance - it could be a traditional Hammam or a simple home shower.
Why a Hammam Ritual?
The ritual of Hammam is not just a cleansing ritual, but a present practice. It assists in releasing stress, opening up your eyes and giving yourself time to think. Taking even a few conscious pauses in your life, you develop inner harmony and well-being.
No Hammam? No problem. This guide is 100 percent acceptable in any shower or bath , is about being mindful, present, and attentive, no matter where you are.
